• Accessibility
  • Camping
    • This is a camping event. Though prior camping experience is recommended, being comfortable with camping or having a strong willingness to become comfortable is essential. Please note that all attendees are responsible for bringing their own camping gear and setting up their campsites. If this is your first camping trip, you're still welcome. We encourage you to prepare in advance and, if possible, attend with a friend. While fellow campers may be happy to lend a hand with setup or minor issues, we can't guarantee individualized camping support throughout the weekend.
      
  • Lighting/Fog
    • Lighting, lasers, and fog will be used during this event. Our preference is to keep things tastefully lit; there will be little to no strobing.
    • Fog will be used during this event, but everything is entirely outdoors, so it should dissipate quickly.
      
  • Terrain
    • The campground is mostly dirt paths, gravel roads, and uneven forest floor. While some areas are flat, many pathways include bumps, loose gravel, and uneven ground. Mobility throughout the site may be challenging for some folks, including those using wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, crutches, or canes. We encourage anyone with questions about navigating the site or specific accessibility needs to contact us before the event so we can provide additional information.
      
• Parking
  • All guests will unload their camping gear near the restrooms/closer to the camping areas before they park their vehicles in the on-site parking lot. Be prepared for a 5-10 minute walk back to the main camping areas after you’ve parked your vehicle.
    
  • For our first year, we will not be charging for parking passes, but we expect to in the years to come.
    
  • Please carpool if possible.
• Location/transportation

  The exact address and more detailed information will be sent to all ticketholders.

  • From Bay Area: 3-4 hour drive northeast (much more east than north)
  • From South Bay: 3-5 hour drive northeast
  • From Sacramento: 1.5 - 2 hour drive east
  • From LA/SoCal: 7- 9 hour drive northeast
    

  Navigation to the campground once you exit the freeway takes roughly 30 minutes; the mountain roads have recently been repaved and are manageable for a standard sedan or any vehicle without 4WD. It is a semi-winding road, but not very steep.
  

  We recommend ridesharing, always!
  

  Cell service is spotty and/or nonexistent! Please download a map before you get closer to the mountain exit. We will share details on markers and signage to look out for.

• Are pets allowed on site?

  Absolutely no animals are permitted at this event.

  • Friday:
    • Check in: 3pm - 12am
      
  • Saturday:
    • Check in: 10am - 8pm
      
  • Sunday:
    • Loud out window: 2pm - 6pm
• Camping

  Suggested packing: camping gear, camp decorations, lighting (no open flames at the campsites), chair and comfy supplies, power bank (the land is off grid and there is no access to outlets), shower kit, cooler, bug spray, wagon, shade structures.
  

  **Renegade soundsystems at campsites are NOT PERMITTED.**
  

  What to be prepared for: clearing rocks/sticks, slight hike to shady camp spots
  

  For our first year, we are allowing tent camping only. The campgrounds are flush with trees and a lot of space to explore; there is ample room to find a shaded or quiet camping spot away from the music stages. The land is home to other festivals and is primarily used as a dirt bike riding course, so there are pathways that are relatively easy to walk to find camping. Camping areas with more shade are likely not on super flat ground - we recommend wagons to transport your items!
  

  If car camping is required for accessibility reasons, email contact@sutrofm.net with specific requests, and we will accommodate as best we can.

• Amenities (Bathrooms, Showers, etc)
  • Potable water throughout the campgrounds
    
  • Bathrooms
    • There are 9 indoor bathroom stalls and 3 urinals on site, in addition to 2 ADA porta potties, 8 regular porta potties, and 4 hand wash stations that the organizers are providing
    • Bathrooms/showers are located in an indoor cabin-like facility that has working sinks + mirrors.
      
  • Showers
    • There are a total of 6 indoor showers on site.
      
  • Harm Reduction/wellness
    • Harm reduction will be led by the one and only Kochina Rude. Drug safety information will be on hand.
    • Narcan, hand sanitizer, electrolytes, earplugs, tampons, and other harm-reduction and wellness items will be available.
      
  • Medical
    • There will be professional nurses/doctors on paid shifts throughout the weekend to tend to any medical needs or in the event of an emergency.
      
  • On-site parking
    • Information can be found in the parking section!
• Food
  • Camp stoves and open flames ARE NOT allowed at campsites due to high fire risk in August.
    
  • Seeeat X Bar Turtle & friends will be popping up and vending fun, nourishing, and delicious food options for attendees throughout the weekend. Full list of vendors and schedule to be announced soon!
    
  • VENDORS WILL BE ACCEPTING CASH ONLY. PLEASE BRING CASH ❤️

  • Food options will be available for purchase at select times, beginning Friday evening through Sunday morning. We are likely to sell out. Please plan accordingly by bringing some of your own nourishment as well.
• What do I bring?

  A pack list will be shared for folks to reference at the beginning of August.

• What is the capacity?

  We will have around 100 artists, volunteers and staff in addition to 350 attendee spots.

• Will there be medical and harm reduction staff on-site?

  Yes! We will have paid medics/nurses and a team of experienced harm reduction workers.

• Is this event BYOB?

  Yes! Please bring whatever you feel like you’ll need for the weekend. We will have a small bar on-site as well.
